Mark will make you feel like you’re an old friend even if you just met. I had a lovely chat in front of the fireplace in his orchard and he told me everything about he history of the place, directions for the surroundings and you really feel that he truly loves his place. The Nest is unique in its genre, a beautiful single bed cabin with everything you need. Located inside an old farm with animals and farming activities all around. The location is just outstanding inside brecon beacon National park

Really well designed and makes great use of a small space. Sleeping for three and has a fridge and hob. Wasn't expecting the shower too. Amazing place and everyone was welcoming. Great location made it even better.

Thrilled to have found this spot. There’s no phone reception and no internet. Perfect for what I needed. It’s a small space that was just big enough to sleep three at a squeeze or two comfortably. A small kitchen area, separate toilet and shower with great pressure are all well put together, clean and ‘rural’. It’s located on a quiet farm which you’re unlikely to hear heavy machinery working. There’s lots of sheep! The best thing is the view! Oh my gawd, the view. I hope everybody’s weather is as good as it was when I stayed here. So much hiking on your door step and you can walk to a really cool pub in the cellar of neighbouring Llanthony priory. Expect escape. Accommodation is warm, cozy. Don’t expect a large holiday cottage that sleeps 8. But you DEFINITELY won’t regret staying here.
